How To Stop Bleeding

To stop serious bleeding, (1) the affected (受伤的) person down, with the head slightly (2) the trunk or elevate (举起) the person's legs. If possible elevate the wound (3) the level of the heart to reduce the blood flow. Apply (应用) steady, firm pressure (压, 压力) (4) the wound using a sterile (消过毒的) cloth.
